Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide from Wagga Wagga, NSW. Every artwork is carefully packed and sent with tracking and insurance.

Shipping costs

Original paintings: shipping is free, anywhere in the world.

Prints: shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

When your order is sent

Original paintings are packed and dispatched within 10 business days of payment. Prints are made to order by our print lab, so allow extra time for printing before dispatch.

Commissions are shipped once the final payment is received and the painting has fully dried and been sealed.

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier. Once your parcel leaves us, delivery is in the carrier's hands, and we can't guarantee their timeframes.

International orders

International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged in their country. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs, and are set by your local customs authority.

Pickup

We don't offer local pickup. All orders are shipped.

If your artwork arrives damaged

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged, email info@triciaovervliet.com.au within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the artwork and the packaging. Keep all packaging until we've resolved it. We'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
